Tom thrives in leading organisations through transition as an established Chair, Director, Executive and Advisor in listed and unlisted organisations leveraging his global expertise in business turnaround and project development. His authentic approach builds executive strength to underpin rapid and sustainable growth with accountable and inclusive cultures for startups, merger/acquisitions and growth projects.
Building successful transitions is the basis of Tom’s portfolio of roles with organisations focused on critical metals, energy transition and social services. Tom draws on his successful executive career as a global business and project leader in the services sector across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and North America as a Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Group Vice President, Project Executive in phases of growth, turnaround, merger, and acquisition.
Successful transitions are built on Tom’s personal, authentic approach to build inclusive high performing accountable teams focused on wellbeing, sustainable decision-making, tactical planning, brand marketing and client relationships.

As a professional coach and mentor, Tom is highly focused on executives’ wellbeing to understand how their professional and personal motivations are in balance. Seeing executives develop into inclusive and courageous growth leaders is a rich reward for this wellbeing approach.
Tom draws out of his coachees a new understanding and belief of what is possible for them as a leader. He draws on his considerable experience as a CEO of major businesses, a senior Macquarie executive and active Board Director leading global businesses through challenge and growth to shape a growth model that is relevant to their own success.
