Tiffany Scotton

Tiffany brings over 25 years of leadership development and talent management experience across Australia, Asia-Pacific, the UK and the USA. She has a track record of developing and delivering initiatives that drive sustainable and quantifiable change with individuals and teams. She has coached executives within iconic local and global organisations across a diverse range of industries including Banking & Finance, Telecommunications, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Mining, Construction, Legal, Retail, NFPs, NSW Government and Start-Ups.

As a director and Head of YSC Sydney, she managed large‐scale, global client relationships and oversaw the delivery of high-impact coaching and development interventions whilst having responsibility for the people and financial aspects of the business.

Tiffany has also held people and business management roles in complex business environment across a range of geographies, including with Optim Leadership Consulting, Hudson/Morgan & Banks & ePredix. She also has a depth of experience across executive assessments and profiling, facilitation, talent identification, top team development and coaching, succession management, career transition management, 360 degree feedback and return to work coaching

Tiffany is passionate about helping her clients to simultaneously maximise their impact, meaning and wellbeing in both their professional and personal lives. She often works with clients to prepare for and successfully navigate key transitions. Her approach to coaching is client-centred, evidence-based, pragmatic and solution focused. She blends a depth of psychological insights with a commercial awareness to deliver meaningful and sustainable change at an individual, group and organisational level.

• Tiffany is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Psychology from the University of Sydney.
• She also holds certificates in Executive Coaching and Team Coaching with the Institute of Executive Coaching Australia.
• She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a member of the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership Australia.
• She is accredited in a wide range of assessment and 360 tools including Genos Emotional Intelligence Coaching, Hogan Assessments, FIRO-B, The Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey, TMS, Career Path Appreciation (CPA), Saville Wave and SHL tools.
• She is also an accredited Mindfulness trainer with Mindfulness Works Australia.

Tiffany is passionate about supporting individuals to live rich and meaningful lives and to ultimately fulfil their potential. She is married with two teenage daughters and her interests include kick-boxing, running, yoga, travel and reading.
