Sharon brings over 15 years of consultancy experience in talent and leadership development. As an Organisational Psychologist, her areas of expertise include executive coaching, deep executive assessment, team facilitation and talent and capability design. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of leaders, organisations and industries, which has helped her to develop an appreciation of different contexts and how to best enable growth and impact.
She has worked with emerging and senior leaders in ANZ and globally, across a range of ASX Top 20 and FTSE 100 organisations. Her cross-sector experience includes Insurance and Financial Services, FMCG, Retail, Mining and Resources, Energy, Construction, Pharmaceuticals and Public Sector.
Having spent over a decade at YSC Consulting, a global leadership strategy consultancy, she was responsible for client management and delivery of individual, team and organisational interventions. Prior to this, she worked for a boutique organisational psychology consultancy, and spent her early career in vocational coaching in the welfare to work sector in London.
