Experience and background
Sharon is a highly adaptable business leader who has worked across a range of sectors including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, technology, and most recently in training and coaching. Her roles spanned across project management, product management, strategic marketing, sales, business development, and innovation across the APAC region.
Sharon was the innovation and transformation lead in Roche Diagnostics, leading the Singapore-based leadership team through a major business transformation project during the pandemic.
Sharon has successfully pioneered new, profitable business units and innovative product launches. She has led startup partnerships and served as a ScrumMaster and Commercial Mentor for various startup ecosystem programs. Having navigated challenging times herself during business transformations in large multinational corporations, Sharon understands the obstacles facing leaders in today’s VUCA environment.
Sharon's approach
Sharon is an alumni of the renowned Co-active Training Institute, where she received her CPCC and PCC(ICF) certifications. Sharon believes by coaching the person, not just the problem, empowering leaders to have deep introspection and subsequently more impactful breakthroughs. She uses a values-approach to tackle limiting self-beliefs and unlock hidden potential.
Sharon is a certified Leadership Circle Profile assessor who uses the Creative-Reactive framework to increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence in her clients.
Sharon is a naturally ‘fun loving’ person who loves storytelling. Whenever appropriate, she shares interesting stories, anecdotes to bring new inspiration to her coachees. Through her stories, coachees see new perspectives, which gives them confidence to rewrite their own story.

Personal insights
Sharon is passionate about sports and derives inspiration for her coaching and leadership through the teachings of sport. She enjoys Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and both watching and playing Soccer every weekend. Getting outside and pushing her physical limits provides her with a rejuvenating endorphin boost.
