A Master Coach with over 20 years’ experience, Loretta supports senior managers in advancing their leadership, building ethical teams, and creating impactful, profitable organisations. She also founded the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre.

Experience and background
Loretta has been strategic sounding board for senior managers for over 20 years. Her specialty is working with decision makers who are ready to take the next step up. She helps people have more fun, build successful results-focused teams and to create profitable, ethical organisations. She is passionate about high quality professional development of leaders in service to organisations and communities.
Loretta has been developing leaders in one to one coaching engagements, as well as within executive leadership programs across every sector with organisations including Origin Energy, AMP, Zurich, Westpac, Fletchers Construction Company, HSBC NZ, Assa Abloy, CellarMasters, Datacom, Astra Zeneca and Vector.
She has been instrumental in developing the coaching and mentoring profession in New Zealand, advocating ethical and professional practice and is the Founder of the New Zealand Coaching and Mentoring Centre. Her considerable knowledge and experience has been recognised with the achievement of a Master Coach accreditation from EMCC (European Coaching Mentoring Council).
Loretta's approach
A leadership expert and executive coach, Loretta specialises in the development of strategy and leadership capacity in public, private and non-profit organisations. Throughout her career, she has been involved in leadership roles and has been a company director for over a decade. This provides her with a sound understanding of the leadership landscape of a commercial environment.
Qualifications and memberships
- Loretta has an MA in Social Work as well as membership of both the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and International Coach Federation.
- Master Coach Accreditation.
Personal insights
Loretta enjoys spending time with her family, swimming in the ocean and growing vegetables on Waiheke Island, NZ.
