Donella is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in leadership development, learning and development design, and mentoring program management. She has held key operational, senior and executive leadership roles in small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations across various sectors in Australia and internationally.
With strong instructional design skills, Donella creates effective learning experiences tailored to meet diverse organisational and individual needs. Her extensive facilitation experience enables her to guide leaders and teams through growth and transformation.
Donella’s hands-on facilitation experience, coupled with practical coaching experience and expertise in mentoring program management, means she is well-aligned to support SMG coaches, mentors, and facilitators in developing learning content for executive leaders.
Donella has successfully developed and managed comprehensive learning programs, managed complex projects, built learning management systems, facilitated large-scale blended learning solutions and managed hundreds mentoring programs across a range of sectors.
