Craig embarked on his career in facilitation around 30 years ago, and in recent years evolved his skills to include executive coaching and coach supervision. Craig offers a wealth of experience over three decades in both private and public sectors, across of wide range of industries in Australia, UK, South Pacific and Asia. His primary areas of focus have been in Defence, hospitality, finance, retail, marine, overseas aid and consulting.
His early experience included leading small military teams in a range of operational roles as a helicopter pilot. More recently he led a team of facilitators who were responsible for the development and delivery of 90% of the Royal Australian Navy’s leadership programs.
Craig has facilitated workshops for the Royal Australian Navy, Australian Aid, the Asian Development Bank, The University of the South Pacific, Alchemy and Maura Fay Learning, HSBC, Laing O’Rourke, Metropolis, NSW EPA, NSW LPU, DPIE NSW, Commonwealth Senate, Icon Water, Chartered Accountants Aust & NZ, and Department of Defence. His facilitation experience includes the disciplines of leadership development, team building, personal development, culture, high functioning teams, Clifton Strengths, decision-making and judgement, strategic planning, adaptive leadership, coaching skills, facilitation skills and presentation skills.
From a coaching perspective, Craig’s recent clients have been both individual and team-based across public and private sectors, including Westpac, Department of Defence, NSW EPA, Coca Cola, Metropolis, Vittoria Coffee, Vocus and Children’s Trauma Foundation.
